When it comes to Customer Service most of us have had an bad experience with all these big companies.But after a very long time I had the best customer service from Solar Mart.I got my Solar Water heater fixed by them in 2011 after 7 years there was a small water leak hence I called the Hotline which was answered by a Gentleman named Jayasath Perera who was very polite and didnt ask me the typical questions such as Is the Warranty Over ? Do you have the bills or any other sort of Bull shit but asked me just to send a picture and after 30mins I get a call from there service team telling me they are on there way to my house. Like they said they arrived on time did a super job. Lot of other Companies should learn from these guys.I want to move to Solar Panels for Electricity and a huge problem I had was after Sales Service.I will definitely go with Solar Mart. Also later I found out the Gentleman who answered the Hotline Jayasath Perera is the owner of Solar Mart. Thanks Again for the super customer service given by you guys.

What is Solar Power?

Solar power is a form of energy harnessed from the power and heat of the sun’s rays. It is renewable, and therefore a “green” source of energy. As technologies improve and the materials used in PV panels become “greener,” the carbon footprint of solar power becomes smaller and smaller and the technique becomes more accessible to the masses.
